Industrial Chemicals Group 2 supplies a wide range of products, which are sourced from leading chemical manufacturers throughout
the world.
These products are used in the manufacture of detergents; rubber; construction; roads; and metal coating for corrosion protection.
Our products are supplied in variety of forms including powders, solids, flakes, liquids, and pastes. Packs sizes can range from 1kg
through to 25 kilogram bags/cartons; bulk bags of 500kgs to 1,200kgs; Liquids are supplied in 20kg pails; drums; IBCs and Bulk.
Asphalt Additives
Amtrade International supplies the complete range of asphalt/bitumen emulsifiers; Pre-coat and Adhesion additives under the Akzo Nobel:
Redicote and Megamine tradenames.
We carry the full range of cationic products including the diamines, monoamines, polyamines, quaternaries, imidazolines, amidoamines.
We also offer products such as TPE’s (SBS/SBR) for PMB’s and other polymer systems and Iron Oxides for coloured pavements; tennis courts,
footpaths/walking tracks/bicycle paths and carparks.
Detergents Industry: Incorporating Household Care and Industrial & Institutional
We offer an extensive range of products for the Detergent Industry (both Household and I&I) which includes key raw materials such as
specialty surfactants from Akzo Nobel; phosphates, oxidizers; acids, alkalis, Wacker silicone fluids and antifoams and other unique, specialty
items from leading world producers.
Construction Pigments: Incorporating Roof-tile, Concrete, Masonry, Decorative, Ready-mix Industries
Amtrade International represents Elementis Pigments. Elementis Pigments are a world-leading producer of synthetic iron oxides and
complementary products. They also supply chrome oxide pigments.
These construction-grade pigments are added to block paving, roof tiles, ready-mix, decorative and masonry bricks.
Rubber Additives
We offer a range of Rubber chemicals for rubber vulcanisation and polymer additives. These products include traditional rubber chemicals and
effect intermediates as well as speciality products for rubber vulcanisation, including soluble EV systems, natural and synthetic latex, low
temperature curing and ultra accelerators. (Products include, DPTT, Thioureas, TBUT, ZDBCX, ZPD, MBT, NBUD, ZDBC, P25, TMTM and others).
Through Robinson Bros UK we offer solutions for environmental issues such as low, safe and no nitrosamine cures,
(AS100, Arbestab Z, SAA30) reduction in heavy metal content in process effluent and final products, reduced temperature of cure.
We also offer: Suplhur OT; Blowing agents for PE/PP; Polychloroprene Rubbers and Chlorinated Polyethylenes.
Thermoplastic Coating Powders
Amtrade International has represented Plascoat Systems UK in Australia for over 25 years.
Plascoat Systems are the international leaders in thermoplastic powders for the protective coating of metals and fabrics.
We offer a wide product range including LDPE for wire coating; specialised coatings for Dishwasher baskets and PPA571 Thermoplastic coatings
for corrosion protection including our specialised coating PPA571H that meets the AS4158 standard for water fittings application. Plascoat had
world-wide technical support. They offer continuous product and technical development.
